Yeah, the characters definitely do look a lot alike. But this is what is happening. The two guys sleeping on the bed together are the main couple. The one with the dark hair was raised by his friend's mom after his own died. But his friend has feelings for him and they were sleeping together. The seme is the tall blondish guy who is a writer and his mom is in the hospital. The side couple are the tall guy with dark hair and a scar on his face who got those two text messages on the last chapter. The other guy is the uke's friend/ex who saw the main couple on the bed. The friend is an aspiring actor, but he is struggling so he hires himself out for weird acting jobs. The guy with the scar hired him to pretend to be his new love interest so he could break up with his abusive boyfriend. The abusive boyfriend is the actor they were talking about in that meeting.
