I think it's because Asami now believes that Aki would be in danger if he stayed close to him (thus hiding Aki in the mountain), so the secretary thinks that if the boss no longer tried to keep Aki close, then it would be easier for them to move around because they don't need to protect Akihito too (since he's always the weak link). After all, Asami used to pick up Akihito often (to have fun times :v)
