Karen has the same powers as Elsa's father and Elsa has called her her half sister, so maybe they are blood related

Although Karen does indeed have the flower power of the Sorenburg duchy (as she is Elsa's half-sister, not step-sister), the children wouldn't have the family power since they aren't Karen's biological children. Franz just told them that Karen is their new mother since their actual mom (the shadowy figure with brown hair that was briefly shown) is no longer in the picture.

Tbh I just assumed Karen and silver hair guy had them in secret and neglected them because they were born out of legitimate wedlock, they are those kind of scum after all, I completely did not notice the cloaked figure of their real mom.

And it was literally shown that she was LEFT at the ALTAR! On top of that shes been labled as undesirable and inferior by society ( to which it seems she has internalized DEEPLY) Ofc that poor baby's gonna have issues. And even if she was as easy and peppy as they want her to be, they'd complain abt the pacing lmfao

Her father left her, her uncle abused her and her ex-lover betrayed her trust & love. The biggest obstacle FL will facing is her ex. He will respawn with a daughter from his marriage with another woman. Claim that his love for her is still intact well in fact he decided to marry another woman because he sees her "background" weighing down his own future. He tried to pursue her again then ML beat the hell of him.

My only issue with this story is romance between FL & ML. The biggest progress only happen at the end of novel. So the yearning and chasing is still long way to go. Oh if some expecting FL to be career-focused lady, kindly need lower the expectation. Later on her character becomes more generic like any other FL. Still warm-hearted person but dull. Still book-smart but has no clear idea in directing her own interest in life. And when it comes to her relationship with ML I found it dragging. She reject him couple of times more and when he finally about to give up on her completely, she suddenly change her mind. At least, she finally regain confidence in herself but the slow pacing until the end of story is torture. And when they finally become a husband and wife, FL has this idea of "perfect outstanding wife" for ML, like a facade.
