A Trace of the Wonder
Absolutely binge read this in one day because I was so captivated by it. The ml was very sneaky with his manipulation that I had no idea what he was planning or what he had up his sleeves. Although he is manipulative, I could help but squeal and gush over the lovey dovey scenes even though there were ulterior motives behind them. I like how the mc wasn't useless in battles and actually utilized his powers for combat and his struggle with his PTSD and other things aren't brushed away but a constant issue in the story. I also love this take on a basically guideverse concept but with restorers because who does clean up the messes after the battle? It has a really good balance of action and romance. My only criticism is that the action is a bit short and sometimes doesn't flow well, so it was a bit hard to read. I felt like they just sped through each dungeon with ease, I wish there was a bit more struggle and raised stakes in the dungeons. But I genuinely loved this story, absolutely binged it. I hope there will be side stories.
