So we know that dietrich was “randomly” chosen, but what if he wasn’t randomly chosen at all.
Hear me out, so far we are noticing somethings in Diary S that is kind of hinting towards the diary being about THEM. Did any of you notice the “npc” which is the MC reacting to the painter on the 2nd floor?? She cried for him and remembered something about her past. Remember the eyes of the supposedly dead bandit ? It was green, those are the eyes of charlottes brother. Her brother even revealed something about her while the ML was “dead”.
Same hair and same eyes, this MIGHT be charlotte. We have never really seen the TRUE ending of the game so this might be their story.
In bullet points:
1) the story describes charlotte as a doll, blonde hair and blue eyes. MC has those characteristics
2) MC remembers bits and pieces of her past
3) MC cries and runs towards the painter
4) Brothers eyes are green and the bandits eyes were green (his eyes are naturally brownish). He talks like he knows the MC
7) This one might also be a stretch but: the ML was brainwashed right? Well he started having memories of him and charlotte and their past, maybe it wasn’t a delusion….?
8) the stairs are suddenly calling out to her without completing the floor, helping her
9) and lets not forget about the puppy, he kind of resembles the MC and ML
last but not least, every time the ML finds a story, MC reacts a little and notice how in one of the latest chapters, she had a nightmare about her past….? which is one of the stories ML read to her?
THEORETIC CONCLUSION: THIS GAME IS ABOUT THEM AND THE GAME IS MAKING THEM REMEMBER WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING IT. AGAIN WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THE ENDING OF THE GAME SO IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.

I have read this all in one go and honestly i feel so bad for the MC, why?
although he hasnt noticed his feelings towards Asperier, he had those feelings lingering he just hadnt notiiced. MC noticed his feelings and asperier decides to leave?!? Like how selfish do you have to be to leave?? And especially because the MC has anger issues and that causes his death? I do feel bad for asperier, but my heart hurt more when MC was suffering. There was no proper apology, i felt like it was all rushed so that they can get their happy ending (im for that) but there was no clarity abt it. Poor asperier tho, it seems he has PTSD after birth:( poor baby. ANYWAYS FAST FORWARD, THEY WERE SO HAPPY THEN CAME IN THE AMNESIA ARC! About the amnesia arc, I feel like the reason he feels very reluctant and nauseated when looking at asperier, is because of the betrayal he felt when asperier left and the fact of all his feelings coming in, in one blow. His feelings were honestly bottled up inside him and i believe that the brainwashing is letting his feelings run rampant….? But ugh asperier and the other 4 deserve to suffer lowkey, like i wish i could punch them by how selfish they were to the MC, ofc frick the MC too for being a douche. Wow I really like your take about why nux is so mean and nasty about owen in the amnesia arc, it makes so much sense... Either way I feel SO SAD about owen like yeah he was selfish but boyyy he is paying for it

Both are just so sad:( Honestly, in some chapters, u see nux’s past after being “abandoned” by asperier and its been mentioned by how many times (imo) i have seen the recap of when nux was hugging himself on the floor knowing asperier left:( But this could all just he a speculation, since asperier did mention that nux’s actions were just like the first time they met
