I knew. I already knew what I was getting into when I read the summary. Yet I still decided to go on ahead and read this. Why? I don’t know. For some reason I have this little voice that says “eh this won’t be THAT fucked up. Just cannabilism” of course I knew that it would be like this and my heart would be beating faster than the number of deaths increase. WHY AM I LIKE THIS?
I have mixed feelings about all of this. Sure I’m happy they have grown closer but I also feel anxious since the omega didn’t have any say in his own life really. It just kind of happened. It’s more of a “oops baby” not something that adds a sense of romance and love into the story. Though I won’t quit reading this. I wanna see where it goes.
Hyesung having a miscarriage would be an interesting turn for the plot to take, as I think it's rarely addressed in this genre, would Dojin think he can just keep buying Hyesung gifts in order to solve everything like he is currently doing.....
I agree with your points, and that would be really interesting. Like you said, it's not shown (or if it is rarely) and I would love to see how the author would grasp that sorta outcome. I'm a sucker for angst
In my opinion I would actually like to see him keep the baby and allow their relationship to grow. That would be the less sad route. But as you mentioned a miscarriage could also happen, though I rather it didn’t. I’m worried about hyesung actually having the baby though. Since he is so reluctant to have this baby I’m worried What might happen. Basically right now I’m completely on edge and not sure where I want this to go.
Heh, i often make up all sorts of sad and tragic outcomes in my head for some sort of satisfaction, and I definitely thought of that~ you know, tragedies bring people together ~
Buut, personally I find it WAY more satisfying if things were to slowly, progress well. These characters have A LOT of trouble of their own, they aren’t even properly in love yet, or have a defined relationship. There would be way too much drama for me to handle if miscarriages were brought in TT_TT
Yep, it would be another dramatic incident, but it would from a plot perspective show them grow as a couple without the "bond" of a child. Because Dojin wanted the child ultimately to tie Hye-sung to him. Maybe after experience such a trauma, they both would just be able to accept that their relationship never was sincere and was move on from each other. Not that any of that's going to happen, likely the baby will born, Hyesung will become a caring parent and he in Dojin will live happily ever after...
I think it’s one thing or another, if a miscarriage was to happen then they would get together over the bond of losing a child, as you said this story is most likely their story of getting together. I don’t think I’ve ever read something that starts with people getting together just to break apart in the end, and have this somewhat sweet shoujo-ish flow. Also, trauma and tragedies are just not this author’s style, so we are less likely to see any major twists in this story ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ even though it would make it a more exciting read.
It’s an interesting concept to ponder about though.
I’m so happy I found this!! I want sure at the start but I’m completely in love with all of the characters. Particularly the Doberman! I like him a lot!!
