hm, i think lu qians story got boring for you because he has an emo type personality– like an introverted problematic person. (i have a friend like that so i understand lu qians personality lol) you mostly would only like out-going people bit their story was good, it narrated what kind of relationship would be like for an innocent lonely person with trust issues with a cunning proud(?) person : )

Lu Qian's story is actually pretty great for me, personally. I just felt that the first 2 stories were much lighter than the third one. I kinda get it why people dislike the third story, but I think it made more sense on why Li Qian's progress was slow compared to others. They all have certain obstacles to overcome to have what they have now. So I guess it differs on the reader on how they percieve the stories.
yes i think so too, it's a matter of preference for other people. I think they just like it when the couple doesn't have much drama (i don't like drama too but their relationship gave me a whole new view on people's strength, weaknesses and stuff)
