they're not perfect, right? cole has some mental/emotional issues and insecurities that he should really seek some help on, and alex has a superiority complex and some insecurities himself... but they're also both really young, so they're a little immature. they talk, but they don't talk about how they're feeling.
alex wants someone to love him unconditionally, and feels like maybe he instinctually decided to date someone he thought would just be happy to date The Alex Rodrigez. but it's not like that anymore right? he genuinely likes cole, that's why he's willing to forgive cole for cheating. he wants to be loved despite jealousy, unconditionally so he's trying to love cole unconditionally.
cole can't believe that The Alex Rodrigez would date him... or at least he's starting to realize that alex actually likes him... but he has an inferiority complex, and he feels like alex who was previously straight has options and could just walk away from him at any time...
cole spirals with emotion, and alex doesn't bother to try and listen to cole, and he tends to do what he wants... they're not perfect!
but they do like each other, and they're trying... one step forward, two back right? theyre not toxic as in theyre bad people.... they're toxic like they're young and feel strongly for other and don't know how to express what they want.

lmao kyungsoo's like "oooh why didn't tell me that you needed to be fucked silly, baby? i could've been taking care of you all this time"~ LMAO.
i love that kyungsoo is there for chowon, but he also doesn't take chowon TOO seriously. like, chowon takes himself too seriously, right? so kyungsoo humbles him a little bit, doesn't take him too seriously, but still cares for him!
kyungsoo is a good boyfriend, not perfect, but perfect for chowon who likes to yell and fight when he doesn't get what he wants (and even when he does~~) <33

I've said this once, and I'll say it again: IF YOU'RE A MINOR, YOU SHOULD NOT BE HERE. You shouldn't be reading this story. You shouldn't commenting. If this story makes you uncomfortable, that's because this story was written by an adult, for adults. You aren't the intended audience, and you're not mature enough for this manga.
If you're NOT a minor... If you come to read a mature manga that contains mature and darker themes, and then complain that when the mature content doesn't suit your tastes... you were not mature enough for the content. End of story. The mature thing would be to stop reading, genuinely. It would also be the best thing for you; Exercise some self-care and stop reading a story/manhua that makes you this angry and uncomfortable.

Even if u am a minor I still enjoy the story, it’s not like I’m doing anything I shouldn’t b doing I’m jus enjoy a manga I’m not some curious kid whose gonna masturbate to this or something like cmon- I’ve never even done that I’m jus reading it cause I enjoy it, I do agree with the second paragraph but like whose gonna stop me from reading a manga I love

I gotta admit, i'm just 11- but, BUT, they say i act like im 16 cause im acting mature in this young age. And i don't frucking mind if there is sexual or mature scenes in this manga/manhwa.
I promise that i won't start hate. If i do feel the hate, i won't spread it. Ill just keep it to myself. I have read many other mangas/manhwas before. And i never complained about a single one. (And yes, they are all Yaoi) i'm just here to read the mangas/manhwas and satisfy my own non-virgin eyes.
I am a manga/manhwa lover as well, but if you guys don't consider minors (or "kids" like me) i may have to back out of reading mangas/manhwas....and just read plain ol' webtoon┗( T﹏T )┛(btw you might not see it but i have my 'wanna read, reading and already read' to 'view only me' so...believe me or not, i am currently reading a lot of yaois..such as Cumming in your pubic bone, Papa Datte Shitai, Straight Bartender In A Gay Bar, including this one, Love is an Illusion and much much more.. (≧∀≦))

So people giving criticism of a story and expressing things about it they consider disturbing makes them immature? Get over yourself. Your whole comment is very condescending. Don't attempt to tell people to stop reading something just because it may contain subject matter that makes them feel some type of way. If people wish to stop reading, they can come to that decision by themselves.

You're assuming that just because someone doesn't like some aspects of the story, they hate it entirely. Fyi, you can like something while also criticizing it. And if someone does hate the story and chooses to continue reading it, then so what? They have their reasons. I find it funny that you're accusing others of not having critical thinking skills while displaying none yourself. I think what you're really upset about is people criticizing a mediocre story that you hold with high regard.

nudity isn't a mature theme, it isn't inherently sexual or inappropriate, and it's natural. that's like saying nude babies is a mature theme. or bathing scenes of literally just people taking a bath, or showering, or changing makes something mature/contain mature themes. it doesn't right?
it's about the "gaze". the gaze turns it sexual- oh boom, that's a mature theme. drugs is mature, yeah, because it deals with serious mental and physical health problems and situations that lead to excessive violence- oh hey, yeah, excessive violence is a mature theme too. what's excessively violent? abuse! there's another mature theme. what's something that a combination of sexuality and excessive violence? oh rape! and molestation! yknow what else is a mature theme? mental/emotional manipulation!
mature themes are ideologically sensitive themes, which means that any one, adult/teen/child, can be bothered/triggered by them. and that's ok! why wouldn't anyone be uncomfortable by that stuff?
of course... in a story, it's fiction. it isn't real. so, some people might not be triggered, because they know it isn't real, and some people might still be uncomfortable despite it not being real. both are ok! but maybe it's not ok for people to continue to put themselves through mental strain of reading something that makes them uncomfortable, and maybe some people get annoyed by these people continuing to do so, loudly. (me, it's annoying as hell).

it has nothing to do with someone being a minor or not. anyone with human decency and having morals knowing what's wrong and right would obviously not like someone being raped in stories or shows, if that's what you are trying to get at. that being said yeah that certain situation may make someone uncomfortable to where they can give their opinion or criticize the story, but that doesn't mean they HAVE to stop reading it. you can like the plot of a story without liking the unnecessary constant rape scenes in a bl. its disappointing to see but that doesn't mean I'm going to quit reading the story all together. people love to downplay rape and abuse in stories, because its "fiction" but that doesn't mean you should enjoy that or fine it a turn on. that's concerning and trying to justify or excuse that behavior by saying "its fiction, they're fake" isn't right.

you're right. it doesn't matter how old someone is. this is a manhua with mature themes. mature themes are ideologically sensitive themes, which means that any one, adult/teen/child, can be bothered/triggered by them. and that's ok! it's normal! why wouldn't anyone be uncomfortable by that stuff?
of course... in a story, it's fiction. it isn't real. so, some people might not be triggered, because they know it isn't real, and some people might still be triggered despite knowing it's not real. both are ok! but maybe it's not ok for people to continue to put themselves through mental strain of reading something that makes them uncomfortable/triggers them, and maybe some people get annoyed by these people continuing to do so (especially if they're young, they have NO BUSINESS reading this), while complaining loudly. (me, it's annoying as hell).

i keep think about what he said "quit that damn job of yours that wastes your time for little money" and "this is all for you". it makes me think that like, while chowon is really bad at showing it, he really wants to (spoil) elevate kyungsoo's life... i don't know it just seems sweet to me.
(side want; i want chowon to smile more)

personally, i don't think there's anything wrong with chowon physically. if you look at him, he's honestly smaller than hye-sung (he's just taller). his pheromones' have been so strong all his life, he's rich, he has status, he's an omega; i really just think he hasn't had to do much physically.
i also think that kyungsoo is just pretty strong- i mean. look at him, haha.
oh! also has anyone noticed that kyungsoo is starting to look more handsome!!?

holy shit lol i cant believe someone is smaller than hyesung fskskks. Chowon appears larger because he wears bulky coats all the time but take it all off he's tiny af like i could step on him and he'll break.
Also agree abt Kyungsoo his aura is different somehow. He doesnt look like a little boy anymore? Idk how Fargo made him so respectable in plain shirt ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ Chowon said he hangs around in his office most of the time so i'd like to think that he's both approachable at the same time respectable at the eyes of Chowon's other employees
ya'll probably don't mean to, but some of ya'll sound either lesbophobic or obvious-not-adults.
the lesbians are doing good. it's not weird of them to ask their close friend, whom they care for and can have open candid conversations with about physical and mental health history, to be a sperm doner. and the fact that alex is in a relationship doesn't make it weird at all, they're involving their friends partner in a big decision, which is polite and good. they lesbians have done no wrong here.
cole is sort of right; alex might be taking donating sperm too lightly, because the kid will grow up and might be curious as to who his biological dad was, and might want to get to know him.
alex is also sort of right though; there's no harm in meeting the kid for ice cream, it's not like he'll raise them or even have legal rights to do so.
but they're both wrong. cole is using logic to hide his insecurities. alex isn't thinking about the further responsibilities like being a blood doner, possible eligible guardian of custody in the event of an emergency, the child maybe wanting a present father later in life (since he is friends of the parents aka the lesbians).
it's scary to get sperm donations from a nameless faceless tube at the sperm bank (and expensive), and it is much more comforting to know the genes your baby will have. once again, the lesbians have done everything right in this situation.
Finally a person with a working brain ^^
I see what you mean. The only thing I don’t like is that I feel like Alex did not get the fine print. He is talking about being a sperm donor and being a father figure to the possible kid. I mean, the kid would be his but not really. That’s not a comfortable position for cole to be in. He did not ask to be a step-father at the age of 22. Also, the friends should tell him that he will not be the father. I feel like that was not explained which is why cole is freaking out.
alex said "it's not like i'll be the kid's father".
But he also said that he would want to be a father figure for the kid-kids.
he actually didn't, he said he'd want kids of his own one day, but that donating sperm and then hanging out with the kid every once in a while wouldn't be so bad (and even if the kid WANTED alex in his life as a father figure, alex couldn't legally do so without the lesbians permission. personally i think the lesbian want to be parents together... not have alex as a co-parent). but i think we both agree that alex doesn't understand the fine print.
