I read it because I was bored and had nothing else to read. It was pretty mid, I think it’s probably due to the translation. I feel like the language was very elementary and robotic in a sense. The translation was okay for understanding the general gist of the story but I feel like I missed a lot of the emotion that was likely trying to be conveyed. Anyway, it was fine…. It had cute elements to it. Wouldn’t read it again though

I never finished this story as it was still coming out, but I am thinking of picking it up again. Did it have a sad ending?
I let this marinate for a while, the last chapter I read and remember is when the MC tried to poison the ML. I’m thinking of just starting from the beginning, but where are we in the story right now? Are we close to an ending/resolution or is there still a lot of drama and plot left? Not sure if I should continue letting it marinate or pick it back up

Idk how I feel about this ending…. It feels like somewhat unresolved. I don’t feel like I heard enough from Mokhwa’s perspective on how he felt about Nakwon, he never really properly expressed his love to him either, which is why Nakwon is still insecure/unsure about Mokhwa’s feelings at the end. However, it makes sense because Nakwon abused him and did unforgivable things to him in the beginning, so I guess it’s poetic justice in a sense? Maybe Nakwon deserves to live anxiously and unsure about Mokhwa’s feeling as a constant reminder of the awful things he did.
Honestly, I like both tops a lot for different reasons, so I won’t be mad at whoever the author chooses as end game.
TJ understands Ian the most, they are in a dark world, Ian has killed people and unfortunately I don’t think it’s something Jo will every fully understand. This ending would only make sense if there is character development for Tj, where he somehow decides to leave the gang and disappear with Ian.
Jo represents peace and tranquility, he would give Ian what he desires most, a normal life. This ending makes a lot of sense for Ian’s own personal development, it would allow him to finally break free from the grasp of Tj, which he has been trying to do for a long time.
I am excited to see what the author chooses to do! It’s been great reading this very well written story, and I am confident that whatever ending the author chooses will be satisfying to me. Also, this and Love and Hate are the only two love triangle stories where I truly have/had no clue who end game will be.
I know we’re still reaching the end of this story, but I can’t help but think that this would make a fantastic movie or show!!
Does anyone have some good BL Manhwa recs where the second main lead wins? Like the first main lead messes up so bad that the second one ends up winning, I know it's very rare but I am kind of in the mood for it
