1) it's not Yaoi nor shounen ai (I think). One guy rented a room, because he wanted to be independent from his family. But he then found out that there was another guy in there, because the guy who rented the or v made a mistake. They decided to live together until one of them found another place to stay.
One of them moves out, but then they start living together again
2) it's Yaoi and this one I don't think I can explain very well. It's about a guy who cook at a restaurant and took in a kid. He cared for him, but the kid grew up and they start to develop feelings for each other. Sounds generic, but I don't know how to explain it better.

does anyone know a manga where the uke and the seme both work in a host club?
i think there is one scene where the seme tries to give the uke clothes or jewelry ?( i'm not that sure) but the uke rejects it because he thinks it's too expensive and then one of their co-workers asks if the uke would want his necklace and other hand-me-downs since he doesn't use it anymore and when the seme saw the uke wearing the necklace of the co-worker he got jealous

I you haven't read it, my most heartfull recommendation is the novel "Cut and Run" by Abigail Roux. If you have, i wonder what you thought of it :3
The characters are deep and both have heeps of problems to deal with. And, to me the most important part, they are completely equal in bed (hot too ^_^)~, ) after reading so much uke/seme yaoi that was very refreshing.
I won't tell what the romance is like, exept that it was so sweet i practically melted (no girly ukes tho!!!)
There are 9 books and 3 side stories (it's completed). I hope someone heeds me and read it, i loved it so much i couldn't resist reading it twice in a row (not even 5 days pause lol xD couldn't read anything else i was so hyped )

Anyway to start a new company they need money and decides to ask the young head's dad, but the secretary refuses on behalf of the old head/dad, which wasn't really true, because the secretary was asked to refuse by the young head's cousin now cum lawyer (seme) who is obsessed with uke (the seme actually assaulted the young head's boyfriend in the main story under the request of the uke, who didn't really trust the young head's lover/boyfriend) anyway the seme has always mistaken the uke's loyaltly to the young head as unrequited love. But in reality the uke also loves the seme. In this story the seme has returned from the America where he went off at the end main story thinking that the uke had rejected him, but in this manga we see that the uke was actually really in love with seme but because of his obligations he couldn't leave. Anyway the seme rapes the uke in his apartment in the dark (when he first arrives from America i think), however the uke knows its the seme... the seme blackmail the uke with money...blah blah blah...its a happily ever after
