Well Mia is a made up person, her hair is not really pink. It was made pink to make it look like the saintess. She was being manipulated by a cult if i remember. But yeah she's actually a real bitch. Just to make her name known she needs to succeed on seducing those MLs and she also needs to get Deborah bully her.
