Simple, because it’s not toxic (and hopefully stays that way) love is an illusion was very toxic very fast and it wasn’t until much later that the main characters actually started to really care for one another beyond the lust

That's what I want to know too... BJ Alex was decent with some questionable shit happening but redemption and an actual storyline but granted I only skimmed Jinx. I CANNOT believe that Jinx gets this author to the "top of their game". FUCKING disgusting with how she portrays Jaekyung to be Dan's "hero" in some instances to make him look "good" when he's been abusing and raping Dan.
