I love their relationship eventhough the plot isnt anything new (+ the pacing is a bit off) but sometimes having husband-wife moments like this in manhwa is enough. I think the funniest moment was when she asked the soldiers who won the bar waitress’s heart lmaooo “we are used to get rejected”- forever alone soldiers.
Lemme guess, in the future its either the ML really is a trash who ruined MC life (which I doubt because hes falling for him now) OR the blonde guy is the one who trashed MC’s life but ML is getting blamed for it (which means more misunderstanding when they are grown up = more plot = more chapters hurray!)

I have a friend who’s kinda unique like Sangwoo and I can see why the pretty girl In this webtoon falls for him so quickly my friend was always in his own space and he’s so emotionless to everything and everyone. You just can’t help feel intrigued and want to get noticed(?) by them too. Sangwoo 10/10 a cutie
Author does hinted bl-like moments (Maybe to attract fujoshis? A lot of korean action novels are following this trend, For example ORV) but tbh I can’t even envision for these two to be friends. The true protag of the novel is too shrewd. The original yoo sung was thrown away after being used. He wasnt even evil to begin with, he was just a spoiled rich brat.. I just cant get past that fact and it boils me with anger

You’re right he didnt just meet a bad end in the novel but now tht mc took over the body we can also guess tht the original soul is also gone in this universe. Maybe we’re reading too much into it but I do feel pity for characters like this

THIS MANGA IS GREAT! The plots were connected with each other and wow I cried so hard when the Consort says “the water is cold right? Painfully cold” knowing her maid committed suicide for her sake.
Also theres a few science-related stuff that are logical. Babies do die from infant botulism if they eat honey before reaching 1 year of age. This is because their digestive system are not well developed to counter the toxin produced by bacteria Clostridium Botulinum in honey. I just want to correct tht since the author mentioned ‘They honey is poisoned(?)’. Maybe cause its set up in ancient times so they didnt use the correct terms.

I think Isagi became kinda.. invisible the moment he lost his right as the ‘team leader’ (after losing Nagi and got into Rin’s team). Like he was so badass, so domineering before but now all he does is sneakily take his chance to score when everyone is distracted I like his character a lot but it felt like the author put a sudden brake to his op-ness lol. I know we need the necessary development but cmon, his latest game werent so great for him to be placed in top 11
It’s going to get better don’t worry. I bet the real game hasn’t started yet . I think the author made it like this because he wanted MC to be op at a certain moment and get progressively better and somehow shock everyone when his skills are put to test. Cause you have to admit that when character are too op they’re boring...

I read this every year without fail, only for chapter 1 and chapter 5 (Kiyohito’s story) and every single time I cried. “I realize there is this kind of love” Kiyohito experienced all kind of love throughout his life, but it all came with a price along the way. It was so so so sad, but at the same time I hope he died knowing he was truly loved. Damn, u guys gonna see me in 2021 commenting again because I love this short story a lil bit too much
