I think that's because the creator of A Guy Like You is only the artist and not the writer. The writer is someone else. This is a duet production (1 artist +1 writer) not a solo production.

Damn :( poor Jaehwan... being gay is tough but it’s a lot tougher when you realize it, and then it’s even tougher coming to terms with and accepting it :( it’s absolutely terrifying, especially more so when you realize it as you realize you like someone of the same sex :( I’ve had experience and it’s.... an absolute struggle (although I will say I’m bi/pan, so I might have it a little easier but I still had a tough experience realizing I like the same sex just as much as the opposite)
