I think the translators haven't gotten around to it yet. Chpater 92 (korean) was released today but yeah the translators are behind.
I've read a lot of novels/comics so when i saw her taking the medication i felt something was off (i ignored it). Then when the baron declines ikkkk something was fishy esp when he asked her is she was taking her meds(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
I feel like I'd enjoy this manhwa if the ml wasnt such a piece of shit （/TДT)/
