Posting a previous comment i did just in case it might help people who are still confused.
In the present, Choi MoonHyuk (seme) is being interrogated for the possible murder of Seo YeonJin (uke). MH confesses that he killed YJ, but the lack of evidence that MH can provide has the police doubting him.
YJ bought MH from an illegal boxing club, after falling in love with him at first sight. MH was sold there after his former boss, Woo ChaGang (man with two sleeve tattoos), died. From MH’s memories we can infer that CG’s death was sort of planned, and that MH sensed that. It may be that the politician with the lip scar (and i think the uncle of woohyung), and Kang Seohyuk (the long haired guy with another sleeve tattoo) played a part in CG’s death.
YJ is now having sex with his friend, Jeong WooHyun, as compensation for the information that WH is giving him. WH, is the guy who introduced YJ to the underground party where YJ bought MH. We can tell that WH really likes YJ, as he was willing to drop information about his uncle for YJ.
As for Yeonjin’s personal reasons as to why he is having sex with MH. It’s all because his mom asked him to be more like his dad and that stuck to him. So YJ also got himself a male lover to mock his father. But as he said, he fell in love with MH at first sight, which is why he gets jealous over CG, although the guy is dead. Since he now has conflicting feelings, YJ wants to justify his love for MH by hoping that his father also loved the guy he was having an affair with. So that he is still doing MH to be more like his dad and not because he loves MH.
As for who bought the orphanage, I’m thinking it was ChaGang, that’s why MH was saying to be thankful because he was able to have a job and stay with his siblings. Right now, MH is being attacked and he was wondering if it was JungMoo, the owner of the illegal boxing club. As you can see, the name is similar to the politician, JeongMu, who was referred to by MH when he was drunk as the person that CG shouldn’t trust. At first I thought JeongMu was the uncle but now I’m second guessing too after the guys referred to the red-haired dude as Jungmoo. So I guess we’ll just have to see.
