I like to think that the author decided to draw the ml taking a contraceptive (oral pill) to kind of highlight the problem regarding contraception. This is a real issue in society and this manhwa might help the readers know that there are multiple ways to prevent pregnancy and that the woman isn’t the only one who has to take a pill that has secondary effects.
