There are two versions of this manga. This and Kusuriya no Hitorigoto: Maomao no Koukyuu Nazotoki Techou. The one that was uploaded as chapter 69 is the chapter 10 for the other version. There's not much difference in terms of story, the other is just more faithful to the novel than this one. And well, of course, the art. I love reading both versions because I love to see stuff to be drawn in the other manga which are not mostly shown in this version
