That was just Ian’s dream.. he told Lou he had a dream but he suddenly cant recall what the dream was about and then Lou asked Ian to sleep together.. the last line (if i remember it correctly) was “have a sweet dreams”

The main story ended right there when Lou asked Ian to (literally) sleep together and told him to “have a sweet dream”.. I didn’t look at all the epilogues/side stories, so I’m not sure with those. I browsed 1-2 side stories and barely saw Ian and Lou there tho..
Sorry I looked at the raws again and it was actually Ian who asked Lou to sleep together, not Lou lol

She never intended him to fall in love with her. in the novel, she just wanted his favor and trust so that she can manipulate him into destroying the empire. She’s too focused on the revenge atm but rn she only knows that the prince adores/cares for her but doesn’t realize he loves her as a woman.

I don't think that would be wise to leave, cause itadori ate about 15 fingers (as jogo said )which means only 5 are left, so if he leaves for another vessel he could get strong, but never as strong as he is in itadori's body right now. So it's most likely your second option, he will probably take over itadori's body.
