I think it's part of her plan but we have different opinions so-
i can read korean and eros forced that kiss on her when medea thought they were just at the boat ride to talk about the trial. medea thought it was disgusting and if she pushed him off at that moment it could ruin all of her plans. she took her time to figure out what was going on and realized that eros thinks medea loves him because of how psyche acted in medea's body back in episode 33,34. therefore, she pretended to love him and act shy so she can fool eros into thinking she wants to be his empress and loves him. she literally thought towards him "beleive me and be betrayed" and agressively wiped her mouth and threw up back at her house
unless you really know what is going on in the episode, you shouldn't post false spoilers bc it could lead others to misunderstand too. i respect your views if you want to drop it, but it was false that medea consented to that kiss and willingly wanted to be eros' empress when it was all just a part of her plans. in fact, she hugged him in order to avoid his second attempt to kiss her so she could figure out what was going on
