It’s because this is a shounen Ai. It focuses on the relationship of two men and their boundaries. A Yaoi is different. Yaoi means relationship and sex (bl ofc). If u want to read shounen Ai especially, there is a category like that, but the genre u meant (with all the sex scenes) is definitely Yaoi.

I mean, here u are is a Bl that has its focus especially on the relationship between the two protagonists. Sometimes u can see the school and college life but its more of a romance manwha/manhua (idk).
