You're right. But I feel like Jinsol genuinely loves him. Just like what Saeegye said "even though Jinsol is only capable of telling lies, what on his eyes isn't fake." Plus based from the latest chapter I can only guess that Jinsol can only tell the truth only through touch and gestures. I can tell that every touch and kiss he did on Saegye was purely an act act of love (except from the beginning)
