to sum things up, this story is about a misunderstood "scary" looking gay man but is actually the embodiment of kindness who fell in love with an indenial gay(or bi) man and the scary looking gay man has a cousin who apparently hates the indenial gay man bcs the indenial gay man dumped the scary looking gay man
Also the cousin seems to like the indenial gay man's best friend (the pigtails girl)

Ehh I wouldn’t label it “Trauma”. More like he knows what he’s doing is wrong by not caring for his partners until it’s too late and he’s reflecting on it. Only reason we got that entire childhood scene was to show how disinterested he becomes when things get repetitive
