This is the same author as Hwang Young's Misery!!! But the stories are completely different lol. The other one is 40 chapters finished (Korean) but still publishing the English chapters.
Hwang Young's Misery is basically about this author of a BL webtoon and he meets a man that looks eerily similar to one of the characters in his webtoon. It's extremely dark tho! Kidnapping, suicide, murder, etc. But trust me, it's just as amazingly written as this one.

i read on mobile using safari, so i can only answer for safari! but for me, the option is in the top left corner - button with an A and a smaller A. tap that and it’ll present several page options. there’s a translate option; click that. it usually defaults to english (at least for me) when i’m on a site in another language like newtoki or booktoki, so i use it a lot
