My guess is Cirrus has an obsession with Skylar because he’s the first person who (strongly) rejected him and saw right through his bullshit. He tried to manipulate Skylar but it backfired. I think it’s all about his ego and how Skylar crushed it.
But I do think his obsession might turn into a romantic interest at some point, and surely he’ll be the first to fall in love.
