what i appreciate about his perspective on marking/biting is that he always has tsugumi's benefit in mind... he understands that biting tsugumi would tie him down to him and they're too young for that, but he also worries a lot because without the mark, tsugumi is vulnerable to other alphas...
he worries that tsugumi would get hurt or raped, and not that another alpha would "possess" him -- in fact, he has never seen tsugumi as someone he would possess but rather, he waits patiently and just settles for being the person tsugumi wants him to be in that moment

Yep I completely agree, people don't like their couple because of the toxicity but I don't know how people like reading the main couples storyline, it's just boring and too fluffy, no angst, no story, and then they get together and all they do is fuck, whereas the second couple has a story, has a past, they just draw me in. People are so focused on the bad side of it because they imagine it happening in real life and see it as the same thing when it's not because this is a manhwa where anything is capable of happening, and they ignore the character development over their sense of justice. I feel bad for them because they can never read stories and actually enjoy it without wanting it to be fluff and without comparing it to real life.

Yes i totally agree. I didn't feel that much emotion from the first couple their relationship is to cliche and common nothing new, but for the second couple i feel so much emotion from them. I saw how hard their (dick) life and how their relationship changed. The POV of eunho got me emotional ╥﹏╥
nozomi and tatsuyuki are one of my favorite couples ever, there's just something so intimate and genuine and real about it that makes me feel like if it have something like that then life may be worth living
