I feel like Kirishima uncle has to do with Yoshino father's death. Probably there is more to it that's why they needed to protect Yoshino. And Kirishima dude that's obsession right there ya know? The way he expresses his love is way over the top. I remember the part where Yoshino ask him what will he do if she cheated on him and his answer is not something you would expect. His main objective is to protect Yoshino and Yoshino alone. Other people don't matter even himself.

I think his idea of love is different that's why he's cheating tho on the latest chapters he tell to Nao (his former partner) that he can have sex to any women for Yoshino. On the early chapters too, he use women to get information on certain individuals. And that's kinda gives me a perspective that his cheating may have a reason but that doesn't justify his cheating.

I honestly don't think it's illegal since the man himself acquire the certificates himself. It's true that the duchess is the one who introduce ctc but the one whose using it is Mr. Smith.
