I suppose setting up the company for Sejin and getting him into perfumery might have been a clumsy attempt at sort of redirecting Sejin's aimlessness and precarious professional situation and Ido thinking that it's enough of a new life aim/fulfilment for Sejin, but it doesn't really 'fix' anything particularly when Sejin gets mixed messages and starts falling for him. Again, dumb bros be dumb sometimes.
