If he tian and lil mo's moments attract readers more that only means their story is much more interesting, who doesn't want to watch lil mo's character development? and he tian's doting and adoration towards his partner? tbh as time goes by a trope like childhood friends to lovers become boring and repetitive, that kind of trope only works with less than 100 chapters.
