what i love most about shoujo is that i can totally tell why ml would fall in love with the main character, their relationship feels natural. it's not "why are these dropdead gorgeous girls chasing after this mediocre ass dude with no personality??" like in most shounen romance. there are bland shoujo manga main characters too but shounen mls (especially harem) are specially designed to be self inserts and most arent even likable. the main character of this manga is mainly why i keep reading this even though love triangles are painful as fuck, shes so genuine and kind
i thought we could see some of the games we werent able to see in the main series but no kaneshiro has to milk the hell out of their breakup for the 9999th time that man is a sadist for sure. cant believe he made a spin off just to explore some side characters toxic codependant relationship drama (jk i love them so much)

the plot is going nowhere tbh i feel like even the author gave up lmao yacchan is the only character that feels kinda complex the rest of them are bland and not very fleshed out due to the author sacrificing character development opportunites to draw gay sex. i recommend listening to the character songs though some ot them are real bangers especially tokete, aimai friendship and kimi ni dake boku no dake (even though its mildly about dicks i really like his whispery voice)
