Author out there taking two billion years to even address the main couple by forcibly shoving an unexplained asshole between them, who's literally just there to keep them from interacting because if they did, they'd notice they already have the same feelings.
Except it makes no sense because they spent half the story until now showing what an unstoppable guy hajin is, there's really no reason for him to be fiddling with his VERY incosistent thoughts and letting a human phisycally keep him away from anything.
And unfortunately, since they hand-cuffed their own main character for again unexplained reasons, Taehyun is getting all the action. He's the narrative tool that's being used to set things right without having hajin actually do anything.
Whis is a choice I REALLY don't get.
You know, slowburns only work if you are able to look into your characters' minds. In a slow paced story all you have to stand on is their own thoughts and struggles, which you NEED to know about and although gradually shifting, they NEED to be consistent.
