Ok. I'm so excited that this absolute fave of mine updated. Can't wait to see how Maya and Nemu's relationship will further grow. Especially now that's it's touching a topic which so many of us LGBT folks can relate to - acceptance of family.
It irks me how Maya's dad try to relate his son's relationship with Nemu as him getting tired of girls. That's a huge misconception even in real life. I absolutely applaud sensei for talking about this in her manga.
I love how Maya's trying to be a real gentleman and not be a burden for Nemu by not pushing his problems to him. It would, however, be lovelier if Maya can rely on Nemu more. I also think the turning point of their relationship is when Nemu gets out of his comfort zone and be a bit more assertive. He's definitely started (ch 6 arc where he finally showed the jealous side of him) but i think there's still a lot of factors holding him back (e.g. He's still staying at his parents place - not that it's a bad thing).
I feel like ch 7 arc will be such an emotional roller coaster for our protagonists. I'm also interested with how Maya's relationship with Shimakawa (Akira's boyfriend) will change things. AGGGH so many things to look forward to!
I absolutely love how sensei devoted so much love and passion in developing the characters personalities in Hidoku Shinaide. Looking forward to more! And good work sensei.
