I just love how so much people are finally loving this story. I used to read a lot of comments saying they hate this and they’re going to drop it coz of Maxi. Maxi is such a great character, she’s weak but she tries so hard, I know a lot of you want her to just cry and tell Riftan about what happened to her but it’s not easy. The story depicts a very realistic trauma. Trauma and insecurity isn’t something that you just can share and get over with. I’m so happy that a lot of people are finally giving these characters understanding and love.

To satisfy you guys, they did had a son. Unfortunately Kainer didn’t marry Saye up until their son grew up. She remained a concubine for a very long time. Thank God Claude will finally wake up, in the novel they didn’t stick with this for so long. In the manhwa it became an arc . Not complaining tho since it gave way for romance to grow within Athy and Lucas, I still wish more romance scenes between them just like in the novel.
