Julius, Dietrian's older brother was actually one of the 9 wings. As a wing, he had the power of prophecy. He saw a future where everyone was happy, but for this to happen, he had to die. That's why he accepted his death and sacrificed himself for Dietrian's future happiness. Julius, with his power of prophecy, immediately knew the truth that Josephina was a false saint and thus was killed on the spot by her. While dying, he was laughing at Josephina (since he knew everyone would be happy except for her in the future), and this made Josephina despise him greatly.
