I am bi, and honesty yaoi and yuri were my first approach to seme sex relationships.
I remember that when I was a child (like 9 or so) I felt like that kind of thing was wrong, however, when I started reading yuri and yaoi it suddenly felt like they were humans too.
And so, when I started to like my best friend (also a girl), I didn't feel alone......
