okay so basically in this red valley arc - Abel pretends to not be Abel and a random person who is looking out for the king. He doesn't realise karas is the king and thinks of him as a captain commander. Karas slowly figures out through his mannerisms that he may be Abel and becomes protective of him while hiding his identity. Then they end up at the red valley where the king of the other kindom they are at a war with try to ambush and kill karas but aren't able to and are in turn killed by him and karas saved Abel from being saved when he finally realises its Abel ( it's my favourite arc I've shortened it a lot but it's amazing how karas slowly realises its Abel ) and then Abel collapses from the attacks and being struck by arrows while trying to secrifice himself to help karas win the war. ( Karas basically tried to use him as bait to test him )

I forgot the timeline of this one but basically karas and Abel get lost in a foggy area and a mysterious person gives him a medicine which is able to completely cured Abel so he doesn't faint anymore and is rather strong now.

Arc 2
Then ashler and every body else arrive and everyone else wins the bet that they haven't recognised each other. They go to the barracks where Abel has collapsed and the butler tries to treat him. During that time karas also manipulates Abel into kissing him while Abel decides to not meet the king and protect him from the sidelines.

During that time melmont is trying to find an antidote for the black poision that the kings heart will try to put in karas's food. The kings heart trying to opress karas through a regas send norhox ( the guy who manages regas ) with many regas to the camp to seduce karas. Obviously being unable to since karas simply uses his sword to behead, they stay there for some time.

During that time one regas copy named erhei is the prettiest and wants a lot of power. Norhox sends someone to get a regas but they instead capture Abel since he also has blonde hair and green eyes. Threatened by abel's appearance erhei tries to get him raped by guards and killed then leave after he has killed all the other regas candidates.

Abel tries to live by seducing the guards in the forest and runs away naked to a lake to hide and narrowly escapes death. All the while everyone sees the regas palace burning and assume that Abel was killed. They're all devastated but karas shows no emotion since he thinks Abel left him because he's a monster.
Norhox tries to blame it on the commanders one named qin but are unsuccessful. Qin is sent away but he tries to ambush and qin norhox instead which leaves him trapped. ( He knows Abel is Abel )

All the while Abel tries to find a way to help karas after having figured out his identity. While he is trying to spy on norhox from a tree he finds qin. He finds out that every member of the kings heart has something they can use .
Like one marquis yan- is aged and in his house keeps a relic that only a regas can use to unlock the past, norhox manages regas, the Duke has the black potion and has a tendency to fall in love with people who look exactly like the kings regas.

Then both qin and Abel after colouring his hair black go to the marquis mansion meeting the commander of the knights on the way who is in love with karas too. Qin leaves for a mission and they both go the mansion. There erhei also arrives to try and find that relic trying to convince marquis yan that he was the real regas.

Erhei had gotten addicted to the dried meat that poor people used to eat from a war profiteer man who is a spy from qin's hometown and is going to become a part of the kings heart.
The captain of the knights makes a deal with him and eventually after searching find that the relic must be buried among the trees. Later Duke sets fire on marquis yans house and garden. Desperate to save it he runs and is burnt alive while holding the relic which is a pendant which is exactly the same one as Abel gave to karas years ago.

Arc 3
Karas and everyone go the castle where he goes back to his old room. Everyone thinks he is suicidal because ehe stops taking the antidote and instead starts consuming the black potion in a game with the kings heart where every week one of them gets killed by karas.

Finally Abel arrives at melmods house or something where him and butler are and they are relieved he is alive. They go to the castle with melmont being the librarian again and Abel as his servant still with black hair. They pretend that Abel has lost his memories so karas does t hurt him.

Uptil now that I have read - Abel and karas have masturbated together and Abel is now just realising that he has impure thoughts towards the cute prince while karas is horny as fuck and getting sex ed from ashler. Melmont and butler are trying to get him to use his ass to get karas to bring out the pendant. All in all many adorable moments uptill now. They're trying to figure out the components of the black posion
Till the most recent chapter - the Duke finds out melmont is making an antidote after his batch of potion is ruined by someone setting for in his room. he brings soldies to capture melmont and Abel catches his eye. When karas hurriedly arrives.

Short answer: if you're horny and want to enjoy great art and pretty men, yeah. If you're looking for a ground-breaking, refreshing experience, no.

Long answer: It's a story with a promising supernatural premise that initially captures attention with its potential for depth. But then, it veers into cliché territory with well-known tropes, undermining the intrigue like most popular BL webtoons.

The MC unfortunately becomes one-dimensional, losing his relatability and emotional depth, making the plot feel secondary to the ero content. I do hope he gets his persona back and get out of whatever sht he's in. At the moment, what remains is a series of predictable sex scenes, which, while delivering great on the erotica, leave little substance behind for readers seeking more from the narrative. I'd still rate this 10/10.
