Honestly...I would prefer it to be Hayato and Noboru in the end. Souma is so fragile to the point of it being incredibly frustrating. Hayato has made a tremendous effort to make up for his past mistakes and has treasured Souma with all of his being. Yet when it comes to Souma, he is always walking on thin ice. One small misstep and he falls through. I don't like that at all.
Souma, forgive him. He was a clueless and confused middle schooler. The amount of guilt and regret he feels is tearing him apart. Yet he put all of his efforts into treasuring you and loving you. He needs healing too. He deserves it.
Noboru has matured and recovered. He is very straightforward and strong now. Hayato needs that guidance and forgiveness - especially from him.

Also I agree with you, but I kind of hope he somehow ends up with both of them. I love them all together, but I know that's not gonna happen, and Hayato and Souma are gonna end up together.
