Ugh.....I'm going to get so much hate for this (unless people actually decide to be respectful of differing opinions?), but I really didn't like it.
First time in a looong time where I couldn't wait for a manga to end. It was cliché and overdone from start to finish, and all of the emotions fell flat for me.
I think a major part of the problem is that the author included so many different pieces, but expanded on none of them.
- "Kiyo is a dancer" (shows a few scenes of him dancing and the story goes nowhere into his passion for dance. It is just simply stated and that's it)
- "Chii-chan is Kiyo's childhood friend" (shows a single flashback and that's it)
- "I like Chii-chan, but he doesn't know" (Chii-chan finds out almost immediately in the story and accepts it right away without any deep emotions. Like "Oh, I didn't know. Let me kiss you just to be sure. Ok, I love you. Now we're a couple")
- "I've already been bitten" (two conversations later, it's revealed to just be a cat bite)
-Pregnancy scare
-Wedding
-Baby
-The end.
Kiyo's unusual height and the "surprise" reversal in Chii-chan's parents' genders were also things casually stated/included without it having any real influence on the story whatsoever.
Basically, this story greatly lacked substance - and instead was built entirely on lots of "Oh, btw...".

I totally agree with what you said as well, but like what Alice pretty much said, not every manga has to be a "great" read or "masterpiece." Like this manga won't be something we remember for the rest of our lives, it's just a quick feel good and wholesome one. And that's fine in my opinion. The same goes for books and movies.

*cracks knuckles*
Time to rip into this.
1st couple: LOVE THEM - minus the jealousy bit. I didn't like how that was handled, dialogue wise. But I can look past it. Definitely read this manga for Satoshi and Tatsuo.
2nd couple: Starts off verbally abusive for no reason, then moves into the "If you want this job, have sex with me" situation...which has been a terrible reality for many women - especially in the entertainment industry. I find it rather disgusting that the author included that and tried to make it seem sexy - it's not.
Then it ends up fluffy and romantic....when it really shouldn't have. But whatever. The uke is a sweetheart.
3rd couple: It's just rape. Gross. I couldn't even read their extra.
Conclusion: I'm giving this 5 stars for the first couple alone (and the art in general).
Loved the story, but I SO wish that Jun always had the "cute face" 24/7 because I can't stand how the author drew his normal face. I avoided this manga at first because of that damn scary face xD
It would really take me out of it if I saw (=・ω・=) during sex scenes
It would certainly make for some top-notch comedy, though xD
As it is, I was already taken out of the mood while wondering how the author could draw the seme (and literally every other character) sexy and beautiful, and yet draw the uke the way they did - especially one that supposed to be the super handsome fuck-boy *facepalm* lol
