okay. so actually the maid had such a significant part in the story she was very clumsy made lots of mistakes got told off a whole bunch somehow innocent and pure and similar to younger law who got shunned and punished for making mistakes. when jesse started to pay attention to her law felt angered because she was everything he shaped himself not to be. In the reality(lol) jesse was gonna fire her for making a mistake but didn’t similar to how when in the simulation law said to fire her but she was still there the next day I think this is parallel to the mistakes and flaws that law has.

In the story I think law went insane due to the fact that he was basically shaped out to be perfect honestly jesse was everything he wasn’t and from then on he grew an obsession with him. And again at the end when Jesse talked to the maid it wasn’t shown what they said but afterwards he went to Law and as I think she was probably a clear reflection of what he once Can was Jesse suddenly felt the urge to go back to him despite everything he’s done. Because just like the maid(who he said he was gonna fire but didnt) he couldn’t throw him away :)
