Idk why you guys are worrying about how long the flash back is going to take when it’s giving everyone a lot of information on what has happened and it’s also interesting to see how their relationship developed and how he became like he is today. It is put in a weird time but your complaining about something that’s not even bad.
The point is that it’s too damn long and doesn’t give us meaningful information. It should at most take couple of chapters
But it does give us useful information. And the reason it’s “too damm long” is to flesh out the characters more.
They don’t need fleshing outtt, this is just the past. Other authors manage to put the whole backstory in a couple of chapters because they’re not freaking putting in useless details. Author needs to differentiate what is more and less important. Almost whole fan base is unhappy, that include the Korean readers. If you’re interested you can go and read their comments. Also the placement of the backstory sucks, I think the author just wants to make the whole season the backstory.
