The fate of Deon is just so.. sad, I hope that he'll recover. I will miss Cruel. Idk what to feel tbh, I want him to be with the empire bcs cruel was there but now.. I want him to be with the demons bcs of how many demons care for him (same in the humans but u get me) but one of the reason why the duke was so hellbent on making deon's life miserable was bcs of the demon king. But idk bruh, it's so conflicting.
At first, I was hesitant to read this bcs of the horror tag but my oh my. It's too good, this is what I've been searching for! A villain who's slowly falling in love towards the fl and the fl who sees the ml as an enemy but slowly falls in love as well. ALSO, I love how their love is doomed as well (but I hope that they'll have a happy ending fr) bcs I'm just guessing here, that Hilda is actually Adrian's natural enemy= lover and the only way for Adrian to be free from the pain and the murdering is to kill their natural enemy. Hence killing their lover, and that's a cruel curse from Lilith. It's all a theory so let's see!!
