No i mean this short story is so weird that no matter how much I question my life after reading this i just come back to reread it again. It’s like an addiction but without the pleasure lol it’s just that weird
Every time i read this series i start to cry in the middle of it because kirino is so like me, giving up on piano despite his past, his relationship with his father, craving for love but thinking he doesn’t deserve it and pushes people away because he feels guilty. Idk i just understand him so much that it breaks my heart every time. Also i think the angst was necessary because being that rock bottom in life, a sudden love and affection can’t fix him immediately. Because he didn’t know how love felt and how to be loved to show affection his first instinct was to push it away. (Just like me) But with time he understood and started to change. I think it was a really realistic plot development. And im sure kirino is making up for all of the time he made tanaki sad and he still will in the future. It was a good story (▰˘◡˘▰)
