tbh i don't consider it cheating because the main character doesn't even realize the doc is flirting with him until long after he's broken up with the gf

Not exactly isekai, but Mage and Demon Queen is a GL webtoon about a mage who's in love with the villainess. The characters are pretty similar to this.

i usually don't like MLs in modern manhwa cus they're usually an asshole but Gunho is not that bad:D ik few stories where the ML is the crazy obsessed yandere type forcing himself to FL until FL loves him, im glad Gunho is not like that i mean sure he was wrong at first, he's taking advantage of her when she confessed to the wrong person but at least now he acknowledge his mistake he know forcing himself like that is wrong
