Of the top of my head I'm thinking The Evil Lady's Hero and Surviving as the Hero's wife. Juniper and Canaria are not physically powerful like Astina, but they definitely are the active part in their relationships, their MLs are just innocent cinnamon rolls waiting to be corrupted. Also, Beware the Villainess and Adonis are good if you want string female leads but the romance aspect is not really developed.
