I like that shes actually having mental problems/battle from her past life and actually feeling conflicted. Many mangas skip all those problems, especially with regression and such which can be fine, but still sad (￣∇￣")

I guess that's because reality ducks and most of us read OI to escape it. It doesn't bother me that much, but it also feels weird to see a fantasy world with people walking around with a coffee cup. It's like it's out of place and it makes the world less consistent.
I think it makes perfect sense that’s she’s taking advantage of the knowledge she has from our world and especially starting capitalism since she’s now embracing being a villain who only looks out for making her own life more comfortable in contrast to being a good person and a push over in her previous life.
