Imo the girl did exist is just that it was a host for the parasite monster(?) is just what happened with the boy and the detective man. I feel like the parasite thing just goes from host to host, and also I do think that they might be dead? But the dead occurs when they go to another host

Wouldn't say he intentionally arranged it but he stood by when the others assaulted and raped Taeshin and a lot of other people. He's a psychopath that thinks having everything and everyone under his control is the best outcome in his chessboard. He knew the other men were vile garbage but still let them do as they pleased to have dirt on them and use that to get something when he needed and he just saw Taeshin and his fiancee as expendable tools as psychopaths do. Haewon is the sole redeeming light in his life. I wouldn't say he really changed so much in the end or even felt apologetic over his actions that led to two people's deaths but he devotes his entire being to Haewon. Like Haewon says kill someone and he would do it type shit. This is a very good story and definitely has you thinking about how nurture and help at the earliest could help a person with anti-social personality disorder be a functioning member of society instead of failing them and getting the worst outcome
