no one cares abt versatility when a character is a rapist it’s not good writing to make a character a rapist, give them a “redemption arc”, and then make them a rapist again would u care abt the ‘versatility’ in a story (relating to a character) if they were a child pred?
I'll suggest you take it up with the authors and official publishers because they cleary publish content that readers are consuming. Of course everyone has different preference, so, if the story is not for you, then, don't read it.

Characters are complex. Part of what makes stories interesting is seeing characters grow and change after making mistakes. But I would not call what this author is doing “versatility”. Of course we have to wait for more chapters to see how the story finishes, but I have been incredibly disappointed with how they’ve treated Joohyuk. If they are going to try to “redeem” him in the next few chapters, they’ve failed.
Joohyuk has been a rapist the entire story. Chapter 31 when joohyuk apologizes to eunoh was a chance to cement potential redemption. but when eunoh rejects him, Joohyuk rapes him. That makes “redemption” so soon impossible, it would require a lot more chapters and probably a time skip. And if so, then what’s the point? Dochan is the better option, eunoh already likes him
beginning of chapter 35 (gang rape) is Joohyuks dream.
