I don’t quite understand what you mean but the child isn’t his, he finds her in the woods and takes her under his care. While there is a harem, it’s for one of the side characters and the main character doesn’t actually seem interested in romance, but there is a person he is going to Mary and it feels super forced

He isn't telling them about it to flex, he is just being honest, like how else should he explain to them why he has magic that doesn't exist yet and knows the swordsmanship that they invented? If he kept all of that to himself then he would be hella sus, plus it's more convenient for him to tell them cause liek they said in the last ch. that gave them all time to prepare and come up with countermeasures.
Also he's not a crybaby, crybabies cry way more often that him and are way more annoying. He just gets tear-eyed from time to time cause he is human and he is able to be with so many people that died in his previous life and anyone would get emotional from that.
It's called trust and trauma, I determine if you died or you were in a position close to dying Im certain you would be, practically about anyone would be rather unstable after that situation, if remaining logical. For illustration, some who've been in wars and had death and life situations would be sorta unstable not all but some, And perhaps they would be even more paranoid. Also of course, if my relatives died and I got to see them again, I would tell them everything that happened to prevent it from happening again.

I think it's fine that he told everyone his past life. My only problem is there is no thrill or suspense or any reaction from his friends like okay I believe you and the end. I actually like when an MC tells his past, usually MCs keeps it to themselves. Our MC here is someone who has traumas as his family and friends were killed by demons, telling his past life to people would make them realize the gravity of the situation. At the very least there should be a time were his friends should contemplate about his 2nd life. I mean even if you trust someone 100% you won't believe right away that he came back from time. You don't just laugh it off as okay I trust you.
