I’m kinda happy this happened. The partner of MD (forgot the name) didn’t appreciated the Love & attention he got from MD. He needed to realize what he has “lost” or done in a hard way. He will probably regret his choice to reject MD soon. And he will start loving and appreciate him or notice that he loves MD. The Uke acts as if everyone is good enough for him but MD will show him that it’s not the case and that he (uke) has a comfortzone.

there are a lot of rape scenes that i don’t think you’d be okay with. i also had trouble reading KS, and i think it’s harder to read this. I cried during one of the chapters because it was so disturbing. the plot and art style honestly make up for the uncomfortable content, like u could skip over it

I wouldnt say it's more brutal, I think it's less violent than killing stalking. Most violence occurs during sex in this manga and uke doesnt get hurt like he does in killing stalking (SPOILER: he does get sick because of seme) but this is just my opinion

I think you should give POTN a try and if really you don't feel comfortable with it you can still stop. But each story should be taken for what it is and appreciated for what it gives, to its fair value.
I don't know why people keep comparing POTN to KS, which I find is an absurd idea since these two aren't similar at all, but they keep doing it... It must surely because people want to looK "hype" or cool or something (?).
For my part I tried hard to read KS but had to drop tha manhwa after just 10th chapers, it was sickly. In the other hand, POTN is one of my favorites.
