I don't think it's that Kyuho doesn't think Yoongeon likes him at this point, it's that Yoongeon is being very selfish and shows very little respect for him and keeps trampling over his boundaries. He did it when they supposedly were casual, and he keeps doing it now that Kyuho is trying to distance himself too. Mutual feelings aren't necessarily enough for a relationship. (But with that said we all know Kyuho is going to fold eventually.)
